
The Bureau of Community Communications, Ekiti State Government, has unveiled two major initiatives to commemorate the second anniversary of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji in office.
The announcement was made on Tuesday during a historic event held in the office of the Director-General, Bureau of Community Communications, Mrs. Mary Oso Omotoso. She was accompanied by Chief Niyi Ojo, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Affairs, and members of staff in the bureau.
In a brief address, Mrs. Omotoso revealed that preparations have been finalized to launch the official website of the agency: https://bcc.ek.gov.ng. This initiative aims to extend Governor Oyebanji’s outreach, ensuring that his administration’s activities are made accessible to a broader audience, especially in the digital space.
Additionally, Mrs. Omotoso announced the release of a special anniversary magazine in celebration of the Governor’s two-year milestone. Titled “CELEBRATING THE PEOPLE’S GOVERNOR,” the 72-page, full-color glossy publication spotlights the Governor’s remarkable accomplishments, particularly in community development. This publication was produced by the bureau in collaboration with Ekiti Standard newspaper.
The DG encouraged the public and all supporters of Governor Oyebanji to partake in the festivities of the second anniversary.
Chief Niyi Ojo, who attended the occasion, praised the Governor for his outstanding performance, stating that Governor Oyebanji’s leadership merits celebration.
